Privacy policy
Last updated October 1, 2026
This policy explains what information Emerson Legacy Web Design ("Emerson Legacy") collects through this website and how it's used.
Information you send
When you use the contact form, you share the details you type in: your name, business name, email, phone number, current website, the services you're interested in, your budget, and your message. When you call or email, you share whatever you choose to include.
How it's used
Your information is used only to reply to you, prepare your free website checkup or quote, and provide the services you ask for. It is never sold, rented, or shared for marketing.
Services that help run this site
- Formspree receives contact form messages and forwards them by email. See Formspree's privacy policy.
- Google Workspace provides the email account that receives your messages.
- Vercel hosts this website and may process technical details such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and keep it secure. See Vercel's privacy notice.
The fonts and images on this site are stored on this site itself, so loading a page doesn't send your information to any other company.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn't use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers.
How long it's kept
Contact form messages and emails are kept only as long as needed to answer your question and follow up. Client records, such as quotes, invoices, and project files, are kept as long as needed to provide the services and as long as the law requires for business and tax records. After that, they are deleted.
Your choices
To see, correct, or delete the information you've sent, email skyler@emersonlegacyweb.com. You'll get a reply within one business day.
Children
This site is meant for business owners and isn't directed to children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
